Phoenix: I am offering one hour of public time + one hour of private time for $1,400. I am not advertising this elsewhere, so please mention this newsletter when reaching out.

What I'm reading: "The Universe Has Your Back" (Gabrielle Bernstein)
What I'm doing: I got to enjoy most of my week-long vacation in Cancun before flying home just 2 hours before Hurricane Beryl closed the airport! I visited Chichen Itza, swam with whale sharks and in cenotes, and ate ceviche to my heart’s content. Now back in Arizona, I’m mostly seeking refuge from the sweltering 115° desert, contently cloistered in air conditioning and pools. I’m trying to learn how to use SunRoom and create content (as a non-TikTok’er and non-Instagrammer, the learning curve is steep!), and I just started turning over a rental property that I self-manage (this is not the fun part of landlording!).
